Information
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery on orders east
of the Mississippi. For orders west of the Mississippi,
please allow 8-10 days for delivery. We will notify
you if an item is temporarily out of stock. Please
allow additional time during the peak holiday
season, October - December. All times are shipped
U.S. Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If there
is a problem, please return the item with 30
days for exchange or refund of the merchandise

All prices include personalization and artwork.
However, should requests go beyond our standard
service. we reserve the right to
charge an additional $5.00 - $10.00.
An example would be artwork on both sides of a
piggy bank or door knobber, additional wording
beyond name, etc.

Messages
If we are shipping the gift for you to someone
else, we will gladly include a gift card. There
is space on the order form for this free service.
