We strive to have the finest quality products to offer to our customer. We are always on the lookout for inferior items and quickly weed them out from our product offering. So we want to know when you have a problem.
We cannot replace items which wear or break over time from use or routine washing, etc. Any product will experience this over time. All painted fabric items should be washed in cold water, gentle cycle and allowed to air dry for best results. DO NOT run backpacks, tote bags, purses, etc through dryer, this will most likely result in damage.
Do not use "Scotchguard" on our 'Mom of' design on canvas bags, this may cause paint and design to run.
All paints used in the decorating and personalizing by Anything Joe's are certified non-toxic and safe for use by children or adults.

Please check your items upon receipt
and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
If we have mispelled a name, we will certainly replace at no charge to you.
However if the name was mispelled on your order as we printed it out, there are no refunds or returns.
