Out of US Shipping:
At this time we will accept orders for shipping outside of the US
but the customer needs to be aware that there are Additional Charges.
It generally costs $25-$50 additional to ship outside of the US and we do not absorb these costs.

2nd Day Shipping service:  Additional $20.00 minimum
Next Day ShippingService:  Additional $30.00 minimum
 
Please check your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem.  If our artists have mispelled a name, we will certainly replace at no charge to you.
 
Personalized Fabric items cannot be returned. 
Items ordered that are on Sale Page or deep discount may not be able to be replaced.

If you mispelled the name on your order as we printed it out, there are no refunds or returns.  Exceptions are on would be on ceramic and certain plastic items which can be returned and the name changed at no charge other than shipping.

If item has a manufacturers defect, it will need to be returned for credit, refund or replacement and we will gladly replace the item if still available at no cost.
 
We will accept returns on merchandise for two weeks of receipt 
for defective items. Returns must be sent back to the main address for credit.  
We do not refund shipping costs.

Striving to have the finest quality products to offer to our customer,  we are always on the lookout for inferior items and quickly weed them out from our product offering.  So we want to know when you have a problem.  We cannot replace items which wear or break over time from use or routine washing, etc.  Any product will experience  this over time.  All painted fabric items should be washed in cold water, gentle cycle and allowed to air dry for best results.  DO NOT run backpacks, tote bags, purses, etc through dryer, this will most likely result in damage. Do not use "Scotchguard" on our 'Mom of' design on canvas bags, this may cause paint and design to run.  All paints used in the decorating and personalizing by Anything Joe's are certified non-toxic and safe for use by children or adults.
 
Artwork Pricing:
All prices include personalization and artwork on all items as shown.
Exceptions:
There is an additional $10.00charge for hand painted artwork on fabric items.
 There may be an additional $10.00 charge for designs not listed in our patterns. We are happy to "match" wallpaper, fabric, etc, but this takes additional time and effort and will incur additional charges.
 
Requests to paint on both sides of banks, boxes, etc will incur additional $10.00 charge.
 

  
Online Coupons and Promo Codes:
If you are signed up on our Email Newsletter list, you will receive monthly mailings with Shopping Codes.   These will vary from discounts to free shipping, etc. There will be separate Facebook and/or Twitter Promotions.

Codes cannot be combined and are not "retro" meaning, we cannot go back an apply a new code to existing orders.  Once an order is submitted, it is complete.  Online Codes are an automatic process and the office cannot apply codes once an order is submitted.  

 Some codes apply to everything on the site, and some are restricted to certain categories or item.  They will always be time sensitive and must be used before midnight on date listed to be valid.  These codes are only applicable on orders placed through Web site, not over phone.  

Discounts will not affect Shipping Costs!
