How long will it take to process my order?
Your orders are printed and put "in line" as they are received. 
Generally an order is painted and ships within 2 days from the day we receive it.
However this may be longer during our peak seasons listed here:
Back to school:  July/August      Christmas shopping season:   November/December 20.How long is shipping time?

Please note:
Shipping times are on top of usually up to 3 days maximum to complete your order!!  We are not always able to complete orders on the same day we receive, but we try.
So please allow 2- 3 days for processing of order, then add shipping time!!!!

We currently offer four shipping options for your convenience:
1. Standard Delivery (3 to 8 business days anywhere in the US)
                                      UPS Ground, larger items, 3-8 day delivery or
                                      US Priority Mail- smaller items, 3 day delivery 

IF YOU NEED VERY QUICKLY:  PLEASE CALL!
2. ExpRESS Delivery (2 business days) (UPS OR US POSTAL EXPRESS)
(12.95 MINIMUM ADDITIONAL EXTRA on top of your original shipping charge!)

3. Overnight Delivery (1 business day) 
  $25-30 ADDITIONAL on top of your original charge.

4. Customer Pick Up (Locals may place orders and choose "pick up at local store" and no shipping charges will be added.)

5. International Shipping:  We are happy to ship to other countries.  HOWEVER, there is additional charges for this beginning at $12.95. 
This would be determined after the order weight is calculated.

2nd Day Rates begin at an additional $10.00!
Next Day rates begin at an additional $25.00!

Expedited Charges: If you select an expedited charge in the Shopping Cart Checkout, additional charges will be applied and will be charged to your card when we see what the exact charges will be.  The base charge will be subtracted.
 
For example: A $30 item will automatically charged $8.95, but you need it Next Day and that charge may be $18.99.  You would be charged an additional $10.04.  This would appear as a separate charge on your card. 

Is there an additional charge for personalizing and artwork?
All of our prices include the artwork and a name as seen on the samples shown for your personalized gift .

Only names and initials are included on fabric items.  All artwork is done on one side.            Additional Charges:

  • Artwork on bags will be an additional $10.00 minimum.
  • A wording phrase in addition to name,  for example "Going to Gigi's",  would incur an additional charge of $3 per word.
  • Art work on back of piggy banks or on all sides of any other item would in incur additional charges, depending on art and bags.  Please view item regarding this, generally at least $5-$10.
  • Art work requests for designs not included in our Pattern Page may incur additional charges.   For example, matching wallpaper or fabric designs on bedding, etc.

Can I choose artwork not included in the dropdown list?  Yes.

The patterns we have listed are the most popular ones for your personalized gift. However, each item is hand-painted to order. If you would like to request something other than the patterns listed, just type this into the comment box after you add the item to the Shopping Cart. If we have questions regarding your request, we will contact you by email or by phone. Please note:  Due to Copyright Laws, we do not paint licensed characters.

Will the artwork be just like the last item I ordered?
We do keep artwork consistent so you can anticipate what the personalized gift that you ordered will look like. Keep in mind that we have several different artists on staff at any given time, painting your orders. Each has their own touch and style so the items vill vary slightly and truly are unique as no patterns, stencils or transfers are used.

May I request certain cartoon characters?
Due to licensing laws we are not free to do licensed characters such as 'Winnie the Pooh' or Disney characters, popular cartoons, game characters, college or pro-team mascots, etc.

Can a gift card be included?
Yes, we will include a gift note if the item you ordered is being sent to a different address. Just type your message in the box given when you select "ship to different address". We do not send invoices as your online order will serve as invoice, so your gift recipient will not see a price of item.

What happens if an item is not in stock?
If we happen to be temporarily out of stock on an item, you will be emailed  within 8 hours of placing your order. Should you not respond within another 8 hours we will attempt to contact by phone. It is a good idea after placing an order to watch for update emails from us and be sure that we are not blocked by your ISP or Virus Protection.

Do you sell wholesale or do volume discounts?
We do not sell wholesale.  Volume and corporate discounts are available on certain products depending on quantity.  This is only available on large orders of a single item, there is not a discount for large mixed orders!
