How
long will it take to process my order?
Generally your order is done within 5-7 days
from when we receive it. Because we are located
in a tourist destination, there may be delays
during our peak summer season, July/August and
the Christmas shopping season, November/December,
you should allow 2 weeks.
Do
you ship outside the continental US?
Yes, but additional shipping charges will apply.
Generally it is double what is listed.
Is
there an additional charge for personalizing
and artwork?
All of our prices include the artwork and the
name as seen on the samples.
All artwork is done on one side of items.
Can
additional artwork be done on other sides?
Yes. To do this will require additional charges
which will vary according to the item. Please
call to discuss this with our staff.
Can
I choose artwork not included in the dropdown
list?
Yes. The patterns we have listed are the most
popular ones. However, each item is hand-painted
to order. If you would like to request something
other
than the patterns listed, just type this into
the comment box under each item. If we have
questions regarding your request, we will contact
you by email or by phone.
Will
the artwork be just like the last item I ordered?
We do our best to keep the artwork consistent
so you will know what you ordered will look
like. Keep in mind that we have at least six
different artists on staff, painting your order.
Each has their own touch and style so the items
truly are unique as no patterns, stencils or
transfers are used.
Can
I choose colors to be used?
Yes. Just type your preferences in the comment
box.
Can
I request certain cartoon characters?
Due to licensing laws we are not free to do
licensed characters such as 'Winnie the Pooh'
or Disney characters.
How
will my items ship?
We use UPS and US Priority Mail for all of our
shipping. Small items that can fit in a Priority
Box will come via US Mail, i.e. pillowcases,
backpacks, frames. All others will be shipped
via UPS.
Can
a gift card be included?
Yes, we will include a gift card if the item
you ordered is being sent to a different address.
Just type your message in the comments box.
Gift items sent to other addresses will not
receive a copy of the invoice.
Can
I order items I've seen in your store that are
not on the website?
Yes. The website and catalog include most of
the items available for personalizing. However,
you may have been in the store and seen items
that have not yet made it to the site, so please
feel free to call directly to order these items.
What
happens if an item is not in stock?
If we happen to be temporarily out of stock
on an item, you will be emailed with 24 hours
of your order. Should you not respond within
another 24 hours we will attempt to contact
by phone. It is a good idea after placing an
order to watch for update emails from us.
Do
you sell wholesale or do volume discounts?
We do not sell wholesale or do volume discounts.

is your store located?
Our store is located in Barefoot Landing, an
outdoor shopping complex North Myrtle Beach,
SC.
How
long have you been in business?
Anything Joe's started in Myrtle Beach, spring
1997, at the Myrtle Square Mall. However 'Joe'
has been hand-painting and personalizing gifts
for over 18 years!
