How long does it take to process orders?
First thing to remember, we must paint your order!  It's not ready to go and its not stickers or stencils.

Order are painted and shipped within 5 - 7 days from when we receive it.  You must then
add 2-3 days for shipping, so 7- 10 days is a reasonable expectation.
 
If you have a deadline for your order, or it is time sensitive,
please put this in a comment box when ordering.

Is there an additional charge for personalizing and artwork?

All prices include the artwork and a name as seen on the samples
shown for your personalized gift unless otherwise stated.

           Additional Charges: 
These are occasions for additional charges!
  • Artwork on bags will be an additional $10.00 minimum.
  • A wording phrase in addition to name,  for example "Going to Gigi's",  may incur an additional charge of $3 per word.
  • Art work on back of piggy banks or on all sides of any other item would in incur additional charges, depending on art and bags.  Please view item regarding this, generally at least $5-$10.
  • Art work requests for designs not included in our Pattern Page  may incur additional charges.   For example, we can match wallpaper or fabric designs on bedding, etc., but there may be an additional charge of $10.00.  Please contact us for this type of request via email or phone.


Why do you paint the bags and fabric items rather than embroider?  Does it stay on????

Good question!  Two reasons. 

Number one, hand painting for personalized gifts, even bags, keeps us unique and also keeps the costs down for our customers.  If we were offering embroidery for personalization, we would have to charge usually an additional $7 - $10.

Number Two,
"It's hard to teach old dogs new tricks!" 
This is just how we've always done it.  Joe began doing craft shows at age 10 and as an artist has always used paint as his medium.  Our customers have grown to appreciate this hand painted touch.    Customers walking into our shop usually have to be told that it is painted and not embroidered.

On fabric items we use a non toxic, "fabric paint", designed to used, washed and enjoyed.  Bags, pillowcases, etc that are machine washable can be done on gentle cycle with no effect.  For best results we suggest gentle cycle and either air dry or fluff dry on "No Heat" cycle.

Can I choose artwork not included in the dropdown list?

The patterns we have listed are the most popular ones for your personalized gift.
However, each item is hand-painted to order. If you would like to request something other than the patterns listed, just type this into the comment box after you add the item to the Shopping Cart. If we have questions regarding your request, we will contact you by email or by phone.

Will the artwork be just like the last item I ordered?
                                                                                                                            
Artwork varies.
We do keep artwork consistent so you can anticipate what the personalized gift that you ordered will look like. Keep in mind that we have several different artists on staff at any given time, painting your orders. Each has their own touch and style so the items vill vary slightly and truly are unique as no patterns, stencils or transfers are used.


May I request certain cartoon characters?
                                                                                             
No, Sorry!

Due to licensing laws we are not free to do licensed characters such as 'Winnie the Pooh' or Disney characters, popular cartoons, game characters, college or pro-team mascots, etc. on your personalized gifts.


Can a gift card be included?

                                                                                                                     
Yes, as needed!
Yes, we will include a gift note if the personsonalized gift you ordered is being sent to a different address. Just type your message in the box given when you select "ship to different address". We do not send invoices as your online order will serve as invoice, so your gift recipient will not see a price of item.


What happens if an item is not in stock?

                                                                                       

You will be contacted quickly!

If we happen to be temporarily out of stock on an item, you will be emailed  within 8 hours of placing your order.
Should you not respond within another 8 hours we will attempt to contact by phone. It is a good idea after placing an order to watch for update emails from us and be sure that we are not blocked by your ISP or Virus Protection.


Do you sell wholesale or do volume discounts?

                                                                                 
No to wholesale, yes to volume.

We do not sell wholesale.
  Volume and corporate discounts are available on certain products depending on quantity.  This is only available on large orders of a single item, there is not a discount for large mixed orders!
